Après avoir présenté le cadre institutionnel, notre étude s'est portée sur la spéficité de la population qui le compose, sous ses aspects intellectuels, psycho-affectifs et pathologiques. Puis, consécutivement à notre enquête, et dans sa finalité représentée par nos possibilités d'action au niveau préventif, nous avons tenté d'entrevoir comment l'enfant handicapé, à travers la représentation symbolique qu'on l'amène à avoir de son corps, peut bénéficier de notre concours basé sur la motivation théorique et ses supports pratiques, par l'intermédiaire de son milieu éducatif. En conclusion, nos espoirs se portent sur une possibilité d'adaptation plus pragmatique de la préventodontie à notre population d'étude, à travers les enquêtes futures au sein de l'Institut.

Nous présentons par la suite les manifestations buccales résultantes à une exposition chronique à ces molécules ainsi qu'aux substances les plus souvent associées (Tabac, alcool ...). Nous avons enfin mis en avant que le trouble de l'usage d'opiacés est la rencontre entre un individu et un produit dans un environnement donné. Il sera de ce fait nécessaire de s'intéresser plus en détail à l'histoire du patient et à son approche psycho-pathologique afin de mieux le comprendre et d'optimiser sa prise en charge bucco-dentaire.

Publication~ dealing with both normative and pathological stages of bereavement are reviewed. Materials covering childhood concepts/attitudes toward death are included. Citations appear which explore child death education/counseling issues for parents and educators when they involve actual or antic ipated death. Articles are reviewed which deal with the importance of the adult role in the mourning process of the child. For example, decisions such as whether a child should attend a funeral or return to school are examined. Publications are included which explore the short and l'ong term developmental consequences of childhood death experience. It is important to note that the topic of the dying child was excluded.
