From meeting British viceroy Lord Waverly in India and General Chiang Kai-shek in China in 1946 to being part of the delegation that successfully pled Tibet’s case before the United Nations in the 1960s, he offers a first-hand perspective on a number of memorable historical events.

The author's faith matured through the challenges and struggles and became the foundation on which her family developed. She found that with faith she did not need all the answers and she did not need to know the future. She learned that the path is not always clear but we can still enjoy the journey.
