Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The present piece is an epiphany to understanding the supernatural factors that influence the lives of men on earth. It's a treaty on the spiritual world and the spiritual actors that compose it in their various organizations and hierarchical structures. The general objective is to open the curtains, remove the scales from human eyes, and give a detailed understanding of how spiritual forces dictate the lives of men on earth. The man of God, apostle Onório Cutane, unveils mysteries of a dimension that has always been present with humans, but many have never come to understand. It's a dimension above the physical realm, the fourth dimension, called the spiritual dimension. In it, angelic actors belonging to two antagonistic realms interact with their agendas - some for and others against the life of human beings on earth. Furthermore, it aims to awaken our understanding that not everything we see with our physical eyes is all that exists in our world. We live parallel with beings from other dimensions and layers - the angelic beings of good and/or evil. In this revealing and fascinating piece, the reader will learn about the spiritual actors of good: from God to His angels, their chain of command, and operating structure. Furthermore, you will learn about the devil and his angels (principalities, powers, princes of darkness, spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places, and about demons), from their hierarchical structure, their operations on earth, and how to stop their activities and influence for the sake of God's will and the welfare of men. This book will make you realize that there is permanent parallelism and a cause-and-effect relationship between the projections of the actors of the spirit world and the activities and events that are laconically considered normal by humanity. Moreover, the reader will realize that the course of this world is dictated from this dimension: the spiritual world. Finally, this work will make you see beyond the physical world and equip you with tools that will give you mastery over the dark forces at work on earth from the fourth dimension.

Download or read book Engaging the Spirit World written by Kirsten W. Endres and published by Berghahn Books. This book was released on 2012-03-01 with total page 244 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In many parts of the contemporary world, spirit beliefs and practices have taken on a pivotal role in addressing the discontinuities and uncertainties of modern life. The myriad ways in which devotees engage the spirit world show the tremendous creative potential of these practices and their innate adaptability to changing times and circumstances. Through in-depth anthropological case studies from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, and Vietnam, the contributors to this book investigate the role and impact of different social, political, and economic dynamics in the reconfiguration of local spirit worlds in modern Southeast Asia. Their findings contribute to the re-enchantment debate by revealing that the “spirited modernities” that have emerged in the process not only embody a distinct feature of the contemporary moment, but also invite a critical rethinking of the concept of modernity itself.

Download or read book Angels and Demons written by Michael F. Patella and published by Liturgical Press. This book was released on 2012-06-01 with total page 209 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The supernatural world is prominent in many of today's movies, television shows, novels, and the popular imagination. But some of what is presented as grounded in a Christian worldview is in fact far from that. In Angels and Demons, Michael Patella, OSB, offers an accessible and fascinating look at supernatural realities as they really are presented in the Bible and Christian tradition. Among the topics Patella explores with a valuable combination of pastoral wisdom and academic rigor are: the role of angels in the ministry of Jesus the apocalyptic battle in Revelation the occult, possession, and the work of Satan what angels are and what they're not the Last Judgment: how? when? Readers will appreciate Patella's level-headed appraisal of the views of the supernatural world in the various sections of the Bible. They will be engaged by his lucid account of "Who's Who in Hell." They will be both comforted and inspired by his foundational conviction that Christ has claimed creation for the forces of good, evil is on the run, and there is no chance of the tide ever turning the other way, evil actions and human suffering notwithstanding.

Book How the Spiritual World Projects Into Physical Existence

Download or read book How the Spiritual World Projects Into Physical Existence written by Rudolf Steiner and published by Rudolf Steiner Press. This book was released on 2014 with total page 161 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: ‘By cultivating spiritual thoughts here on earth we can provide nourishment for the dead... When fields lie fallow they produce no crops to feed humanity and people may die of starvation. The dead cannot die of starvation, of course; all they can do is suffer when spiritual life lies fallow on earth.’ – Rudolf Steiner The founding of the Anthroposophical Society in 1913 marked a major change in Rudolf Steiner’s work. Although Steiner had always been an independent spiritual researcher, the break with the theosophists removed all constraints, allowing for a full flowering of anthroposophy. These lectures, presented to audiences in Germany, France and Sweden, are filled with a freshness and vitality that reflect this new beginning, providing intriguing glimpses of great themes that Steiner was to develop in the years ahead. A predominant topic here is that of death. Rudolf Steiner seeks to explain how people on earth can reach the dead in a non-mediumistic way, and how such interaction between ‘living’ and ‘dead’ is mutually beneficial. Startlingly, he states that people who do not recognize the being of Lucifer during their earthly life – who have not ‘already got to intuit and know the luciferic impulses in the human soul properly whilst here in life’ – will be ‘vampirized’ by this being after death. Rudolf Steiner also elaborates on the activities of the adversary beings in present-day civilization – spiritual powers that play a necessary role in Earth evolution – and how we can counteract them. The longer someone can stay alive, for example, is a victory over Ahriman’s activity. Even the losing of teeth has beneficial aspects, allowing us to ‘... gain certain impulses and these overcome Ahriman’. Steiner relates the actions of such spiritual entities to child development too, indicating the various influences in the seven-year cycles of growth. Also included are lectures on the Christian festivals and various artworks, including ‘The Triumph of Death’ in the Composanto cemetery at Pisa, which reveals great secrets of humanity’s evolution. Whatever the subject addressed, it soon becomes apparent that these lectures were not just relevant to Steiner’s audience in 1913, but also speak to contemporary souls around the world seeking spiritual orientation and understanding.

Book excerpt: Built around the extraordinary stories of seven people who have been unwitting visitors to the spiritual world, The BIG Picture examines the themes of reincarnation, the relationship between karma and destiny, the divide between religion and spirituality, humanitys task in creation, and the emergence of a new Western spirituality to lead us into the next stage of the evolution of consciousness. In The BIG Picture, author Garry Gilfoy discloses his own spiritual experiences and also tells the stories of others, such as Joy, who was sent back from the realm of spirit without her husband after a horrific crash; Trish, who died numerous times before learning to visit her cosmic classroom at will; Helen, who relived a holocaust nightmare before her eyes opened onto ancient Egypt; and Keely, who was miraculously saved by a familiar figure, the Watcher.
