This book is divided in five chapters as follows: 1. Building a foundation for success 2. Brief transition 3. Cultural transformation and determination to acquire higher education 4. Drive to pursue higher education in USA 5. Inspirational career The lectures of the aforementioned five chapters present the challenges and the success story of the author. This autobiography shares the author’s lifetime experience and sends a message to the future generation that hard work, courage, determination, perseverance, and strong desire to succeed can always lead to fulfillment of better life and accomplishment. Many challenges, strains, and pain have often left the author of this memoir physically and emotionally exhausted as he has gone through his academic and/or professional life. However, his self-confidence, self-esteem, pride, values, commitment to edification, and devotion to hard work are the major forces to successfully reach his goals and be able to share his legacy of success in this manuscript today.

True success in life is; "When people benefit from your actions." My wish and hope is to help individuals who are hardworking, disciplined, responsible, self-starters, who believe in self-reliance and family values, to get into their own small business and succeed. It's about showing and making a very practical, and convincing case throughout the book, how an average individual, (without special training or college diploma), but with above average; desire, discipline, attitude, and work ethic, opportunities still exist to be self-employed and succeed. It's about you, being in control of your life, your future, and not, your boss. Throughout the book I tell it like it is. I don't paint a rosy picture or sugar coat anything. I point out that elevator to success is broken, that you have to use the stairs, one step at the time. I know, of no magic formula for success, and for fast and easy riches' that anybody can achieve. Success before work only comes in a dictionary. It's also inspiring and motivational book, that makes you think, be aware, and believe; that you can be your own boss, you can do better, yes you can succeed, that opportunities do exist if you persistently keep looking not just give up, and blame everything and everyone for your lack of success. To always be conscious in thinking what is in your best interest, to think about, how you spend your time, money, energies, who you associate with, and so on. Will your everyday habits lead you to success and better you, or failure, despair, and reliance on family, relatives, or the government? Reflection of our lives depends on the choices we make. To have a better life, simply make better choices. Successful people throughout their lives' by far, make the greater number of better choices and decisions, and then the unsuccessful people do. Only part of the book is about the route business, by far more important are the overall teachings and the message of the book. This is the time for one of those better choices that you can make, to buy the book with a promise to read it often, get inspired, motivated, and into action in learning and using the everyday habits that lead and bring success and prosperity to you and your family.
