Book Oahspe A New Bible

Download or read book Oahspe A New Bible written by John Ballou Newbrough and published by DigiCat. This book was released on 2023-11-26 with total page 2039 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Oahspe: A New Bible is a book published in 1882, purporting to contain "new revelations" from "...the Embassadors of the angel hosts of heaven prepared and revealed unto man in the name of Jehovih..." It was produced by an American dentist, John Ballou Newbrough (1828–1891), who reported it to have been written by automatic writing. Oahspe comprises a series of related interior books chronicling earth and its heavenly administrations, as well as setting forth teachings for modern times. Over 100 drawings are included. According to Oahspe, the Creator is both masculine and feminine. Om is one of the names used to refer to the feminine (mother) aspect. Other references include, "The All Person", "The unseen" and "The Everpresent", "The All Light", "The Highest Light". God and Lord are titles of office for a person in the spirit realm who began life as mortal/in corporeal form (spirit within a body). The Creator is all and was all and forever will be all; S/he was never born and is beyond all gods. The Creator is our father and mother, and all that are and were born are our brothers and sisters.

Knight*** "The Angel Chronicles is magic. It is a small book of big believing...it can change your life." Micheline Renauld*** The Angel Chronicles Books I-VThe Guardian Angels by the Angel Auberon *** Auberon ́s Words of Introduction At the very beginning God asked the Angel Auberon, the most noble of the Principalities, to chronicle the events of all time. Auberon did as he was asked. In the year 2001 Auberon requested permission to come to Earth to tell his story. Auberon came to us at The White Notebook (R) Library, entrusting us with the story he wished to give to those who lived on Earth. The story he left behind is one of love and of angel beneficence. It is entitled The Angel Chronicles. In his book, Auberon describes how the world was created, how human life on Earth began and how the angels forever found ways to make a meaningful contribution to human beings. We at The White Notebook felt that Auberon left us with not only his words but with a greater respect for our potential as human beings, with intelligent optimism and, for many of us, a return to hopefulness. *** We have listed for you below the Table of Contents and synopsis related to Book I. Book I The Primary Angels The Existence of Angels God Creates the Earth Silvond Names the Constellations The Twin Angels The Assignment of Guardian Angels The Guardian Angels According to Day of Birth The Angels in Guardiance of Domestic Pets The Primary Angels God decided that the time had come to create a universe of worlds. In it would be a planet called Earth. God sent the angels out from their home in the beyondness for He had decided that the Earth would be sung into existence by them. The angels set to begin their work. Their finely feathered wings carried them in flight until they reached the center of the vast space of time. There they stopped. They breathed their beautiful breaths as they looked about and considered what they were to accomplish. The angels first sang into existence the planets and stars and the sun and the moon. They next sang their angel music until the Earth was made. All things upon the Earth the angels next sang into being, the mountains and rivers, and also the variety of creatures God wished to inhabit the Earth. In this way the entire physical world emanated from purely spiritual beings: God and His angel emissaries. The angels thought they might rest. But Michael the Archangel came to them in a dream to remind them that they were also to sing into life the most wondrous of all creatures, the human beings. The angels were astonished. Nonetheless, they sang the most beautiful of alleluias and human beings were brought into existence. When the angels saw the first human beings walk about the Earth, they fell in love. It was inevitable that the angels would fall in l

Book excerpt: If you think you know all about angels, think again! Although the modern Western world claims to have left angels behind as mythical creatures, they are back in popular culture. And much of what people are thinking, exploring, and believing about them finds its roots in ancient Jewish and Christian beliefs. Andrew Angel opens up the surprising world of angels to interested enquirers through an examination of the ancient Jewish and Christian texts in which they are found. He asks questions about what angels have to do with religious ecstasy, surviving suffering, and politics, among other things--finding surprising and sometimes controversial answers. Informed by the latest scholarship yet accessible to all, this book provides a well-researched and thought-provoking introduction to angels.

Book Speaking with Angels

Download or read book Speaking with Angels written by Iris Paxino and published by Rudolf Steiner Press. This book was released on 2023-05-15 with total page 257 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: 'If you wish to learn, you may learn. I go now and will come again. And yet I am always with you.' This was the conclusion to a surprising message that psychologist Iris Paxino received from a bright angelic entity who appeared to her unannounced, radiating a comforting, warmth-filled light. The angel's words left her awestruck and deeply moved. Paxino had long had the gift of knowing angels, but it was immediately apparent to her that this special encounter marked a new beginning. She was in no doubt that she did indeed want to learn, and thus began a lively, intense dialogue that offered an abundance of insights into the work of angels. She discovered that, in addition to our guardian angel, each of us has a circle of twelve angels who accompany us throughout life and beyond death; that we have 'double' and 'shadow' angels, and that families, communities and social groups have their own angels, as do specific landscapes. In a series of intimate and enlightening conversations, Paxino relates knowledge about these and other types of spiritual beings. 'Angels suffer in sympathy with the earth and stand by us in the dark times of human existence. Despite everything they do not condemn, but love us with such devotion that we can scarcely comprehend it.'
