John Glenn orbited the Earth on February 20, 1962, 179 years after Euler's death. Her new thinking and old methods wrote history. If you master the tools provided and apply them with your new thinking you will prosper in the post-Covid-19 world. Social Distancing, Shelter in Place, Containment, Mitigation, and Pandemic became part of our everyday conversations and we all watched in shock and horror as tens of thousands died.Think about this for a moment. The human cost is not the number of souls lost during the pandemic. Those losses are in the past. As we move forward, it is the emotional toll that poverty and economic hardship create over time, and that clock, that calendar is just now starting. It will last longer than the economic recovery. The damage to the hearts and souls of every living being is immeasurable. The trend toward working from home or working remotely accelerated to light speed and we all worked from home overnight. Leaders, not managers, real leaders have always been a scarce and unbelievably valuable asset in the world of business. You know a real leader when they walk into a room. They command your attention not by title but by their presence, their persona.
