Le but étant de réaliser un suivi de trajectoire en position robuste avec un minimum de capteurs. Après avoir défini le contexte de l'étude, la planification et l'optimisation des trajectoires et les objectifs, le banc réalisé au LAGIS est décrit. Il est alors présenté une identification des paramètres par plusieurs méthodes. Les propriétés de platitude du moteur pas-à-pas sont utilisées. Des commandes classiques sont rapidement développées et illustrées de résultats expérimentaux. Cependant, elles ne sont pas assez de robustes vis à vis de perturbations internes (incertitudes ou variations paramétriques) ou externes (couple de charge). Pour pallier ce problème, des lois de commande par modes glissants, d'ordre 1 et 2, sont alors utilisées. Après une description, des expérimentations sont menées qui démontrent les qualités des modes glissants. Un nouveau mode glissant d'ordre 3, basé sur l'homogénéité géométrique et un terme additionnel de type mode glissant intégral, est introduit pour diminuer la réticence. Les résultats expérimentaux montrent une très bonne précision, une diminution de la réticence et de la consommation énergétique. Pour les commandes d'ordre deux et trois, des observateurs par modes glissants d'ordre 2 sont utilisés avec succès pour se passer d'un capteur de vitesse.

Book excerpt: Dans cette thèse, nous abordons la synthèse des lois de commande tolérante aux fautes de la boucle d'air d'un moteur Diesel. Dans ce cadre, las approches proposées s'appuient sur les techniques de commande par modes glissants pour les systèmes non linéaires. La première contribution de ce travail consiste à définir pour le système d'air du moteur Diesel des surfaces de glissement permettant la synthèse des lois de commande SMC (Sliding Mode Control) robustes en se basant sur la condition d'attractivité du régiment glissant. Les lois élaborées agrémentées de stratégies de contrôle moteur de la boucle d'air assurent la régulation locale des actionneurs (EGR et VGT) et globale du circuit d'air du moteur Diesel pour atteindre la tolérance aux fautes. Les résultats de cette première approche en comparaison avec la technique de la commande feedback linéarisante sont satisfaisants. Cependant les performances de cette première approche sont parfois dégradées et cela est dû à l'apparition du phénomène du chattering qui limite les algorithmes SMC1 à gains constants. Afin de réduire ce phénomène, la seconde contribution de ce travail consiste à ajouter à la surface de glissement une action intégrale et à définir une loi adaptative des gains pour la commande discontinue. Cette contribution réduit légèrement le phénomène de chattering en assurant la tolérance aux fautes d'actionneurs (amplitudes bornées) avec une convergence asymptotique en zéro des surfaces de glissement. La troisième contribution de ce travail vise à réduire fortement le phénomène du chattering à travers la synthèse, sur la base de l'algorithme du Super Twisting, d'un contrôleur tolérant aux fautes actionneurs (fuite sur les actionneurs EGR et VGT). Dans cette partie, une extension des travaux de [Moreno et al., 2008] au moteur Diesel est proposée. La convergence du contrôleur tolérant aux fautes est prouvée à l'aide d'une fonction de Lyapounov quadratique adaptée au système d'air du moteur Diesel.
