Pour valider ce modèle, nous présentons, dans le dernier chapitre, deux études de cas, Charles Darwin et Marie Curie, afin de mieux comprendre la dynamique motivationnelle qui les a animés lors de la création de leurs grandes œuvres scientifiques. Cet ouvrage s'adresse aux chercheurs de toutes disciplines qui désirent en savoir davantage sur la psychologie de ceux qui font l'histoire des sciences.
