Partout dans le monde, les jeunes des deux sexes font face à des difficultés réelles et croissantes pour trouver un emploi décent. Au cours des deux dernières décennies, le chômage des jeunes est resté en moyenne trois fois plus élevé que celui des adultes et, dans certaines régions, il est à présent cinq fois supérieur à celui des adultes."--Éditeur.
