Devono, invece, essere apprese sin dai momenti di formazione iniziale degli insegnanti e possono tradursi in una “saggezza formativa” e in una “sensibilità emotiva”, che deve divenire abito professionale ma, prima ancora, modalità di valutazione riflessiva della propria professionalità, dei contesti e delle relazioni che la connotano.
