He also discusses how to prepare for the imminent coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. Netland believes that the doctrine of the return of Jesus to resurrect dead believers and translate living believers is EXTREMELY important--as important as the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ. He believes it is urgent for people to believe Jesus is coming very soon and to be ready for His coming.
