Duce and manufacture, by what the contracting parties imagined to be a bushel or a yard whilst, by the length of time this system has endured, we are brought into a state in which this coun try never stood before; for, although it seems img possible that things can long go on as they are, it appears to be equally impossible to devise any arrangement which can restore equality to our car' reney with perfect justice to all.
