Es por todos conocido que la explotación de obras en el entorno digital no sólo afecta a las industrias que exploran creaciones intelectuales sino también a los autores de las mismas ya que, en definitiva, lo que está en juego es la remuneración de los creadores. Nos encontramos ante un estudio completo y profundo que en lo sucesivo será punto de referencia para aquellos cultivadores del Derecho que muestren interés por el sector jurídico a examen.
