El módulo correspondiente a producción se encarga de controlar el proceso de producción realizando un seguimiento minucioso proceso a proceso en la elaboración de la prenda. A lo largo del documento veremos el capítulo de Fundamentación Teórica el cual nos mostrará la situación de la industria textil en el Perú, descripción de la empresa objeto del proyecto, sus procesos principales y sus problemas. En el siguiente capítulo de propuesta de solución veremos los objetivos del proyecto y los beneficios que este traerá a la empresa. Luego en el capítulo de modelado de negocio se apreciarán un grupo de diagramas en UML que nos permitirán apreciar y entender los procesos de cómo opera el negocio en el que nos estamos enfocando, en el capítulo de requerimientos, como su nombre lo dice, se apreciarán los requerimientos del sistema, en el capítulo de arquitectura de software nos muestra la arquitectura en tres capas tal como lo propone la metodología RUP (Rational Unified Process) y finalmente el capítulo de la administración del proyecto nos brindara información de cómo se desarrollará el proyecto en el tiempo.
