El problema, entonces, puede surgir debido a una falta de sensibilidad y conocimiento cuando se afrontan cuestiones como la corrosión. La educación, y por lo tanto la enseñanza, tiene un papel muy importante, no sólo formando profesionales sensibles al problema de la durabilidad, sino también dándoles las herramientas necesarias para resolverlos.
