This document contains five case studies: Community Mitigation and Enhancement - Durham, North Carolina; Community Cohesion - Oak Park, Michigan; Community Preservation - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Community Reconstruction - Seattle, Washington; and Community Revitalization - Prichard, Alabama.
