Guidance referring to priority settings for action such as cities and other urban settlements, housing, workplaces and health care facilities is also listed. Annexes to the Code include: workers' health surveillance; surveillance of the working environment; occupational exposure limits; and chemicals used in the iron and steel industry. This code replaces an earlier code that was adopted in 1981.
