The duty of every Secretary so appointed, shall be to keep a faithful record of the meetings and transactions of the Board, and to give immediate notice to the Recording Secretary of the Society of the organ' a tion of such Board. He shall also keep a book, with the f subscription, for the signature of those admitted by the Board and, at the termination of the year for which he has been appointj ed, he shall transmit to the Recording Secretary a true copy of the records he may have made in order that the same may be laid before the Councillors.
