Worse, they are being hunted by ruthless interplanetary corporations who would stop at nothing to come in possession of a memory bar the boys smuggled on board. Totally unsure of who they can trust—if anyone—the three boys must find a way to make it on their own in unfamiliar territory. Only one thing is certain: The Moon is not a safe place to be.

Book Existential Inertia and Classical Theistic Proofs

Download or read book Existential Inertia and Classical Theistic Proofs written by Joseph C. Schmid and published by Springer Nature. This book was released on 2022-11-29 with total page 386 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book critically assesses arguments for the existence of the God of classical theism, develops an innovative account of objects’ persistence, and defends new arguments against classical theism. The authors engage the following classical theistic proofs: Aquinas’s First Way, Aquinas’s De Ente argument, and Feser’s Aristotelian, Neo-Platonic, Augustinian, Thomistic, and Rationalist proofs. The authors also provide the first systematic treatment of the ‘existential inertia thesis’. By connecting the thesis to relativity theory and recent developments in the philosophy of physics, and by developing a variety of novel existential-inertia-friendly explanations of persistence, they mount a formidable new case against classical theistic proofs. Finally, they defend new arguments against classical theism based on abstract objects and changing divine knowledge. The text appeals to students, researchers, and others interested in classical theistic proofs, the existence and nature of God, and the ultimate explanations of persistence, change, and contingency.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A trip to the Moon? Sounds like the perfect family vacation. Only, for 13-year-old Charles "Chigger" Dingillian, life is anything but perfect. His parents fight so much, they put the "dis" into dysfunctional. His brothers, Stinky and Weird, are impossible to get along with. And his neighborhood is a down-trodden tunnel community on Earth. It's supposed to be a short vacation—a trip up the Line, Earth's space elevator, and then home again. Halfway there, Chigger hits on a plan: if his parents can't find a way to work things out, why not just divorce them? The idea sounds crazy . . . until it works. But Chigger soon realizes he has much bigger problems: The people they meet on the Moon seem overly friendly and way too interested in his family. Suddenly, the quick pleasure trip takes a detour into danger as Chigger suspects they are targets of an interstellar manhunt. Their only hope may be to jump off the planet.

Book Reality Check

  • Publisher : Daniel Ford
  • Release : 2024-03-07
  • ISBN :
  • Pages : 890 pages

Download or read book Reality Check written by Daniel Ford and published by Daniel Ford. This book was released on 2024-03-07 with total page 890 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: (Revised and re-published) Daniel Ford has spent half his life uncovering an agenda by what he calls a global cult to enslave humanity on every level. In Daniel Ford’s first book, Paper View: In Print, a nightmare agenda of total human control and manipulation affecting every area of human life was laid-out and detailed. Ford takes the story further and deeper in Reality Check and reveals the ultimate controllers of our world and why their agenda exists at all. Reality Check is best read alongside Paper View: in Print to allow the full complex picture of humanity’s plight to be seen in its entirety. Many of the changes in society since 2020 were predicted in Paper View: In Print because once you know the global agenda and its structure and method of imposition, calling the future is very simple. “Reality Check” places current events into their true context and explains humanity’s plight with rare clarity and simplicity. The central premise of Reality Check is to question everything right down to the nature of reality itself which is detailed extensively in this blockbuster new book. Never before in human history has testing our own perceptions been more necessary, and in this extraordinary new book over 860 pages, Ford challenges the reader to reassess their perception of reality and everything they thought they knew. Only by doing so, Ford contends, do we stand a chance of living in a world of health, freedom and prosperity which, he says in an upbeat conclusion, is within our grasp if we only choose to take it. How do we claim this new world of respect for humanity? The answers are in Reality Check and you might be surprised by just how simple and achievable they are and how quickly they can be realised. In an era of cancel culture and ever-increasing censorship, Reality Check is the most explosive and controversial book of modern times, not only due to its content but also the environment into which it is published. Daniel Ford has had the courage to write it. Do you have the courage to read it? Prepare for a perception reboot that will stretch your current worldview to breaking point… The book also features 364 pages demolishing the Covid-19 hoax including 142 pages exposing the Covid-19 vaccine crime against humanity. Why do people think what they do? How do we see the world? How are we manipulated to see the world and current events? Reality Check dives deep into the human psyche to examine human perception and how to set our minds, and therefore our world, free. The book explores how human perception is formed, maintained and perpetuated and thus provides the ultimate answer to true freedom. Daniel Ford reveals the mechanisms of mass manipulation and control and thus the keys to set ourselves free. We live in extraordinary times, and face the most enormous challenge to our individual and collective freedom. We either stand up now and take back our perceptions to take back our freedom or stay silent and regret it forever with the children and grandchildren of today taking the consequences. It’s time for a Reality Check!!

Book And the Devil Is Defeated

Download or read book And the Devil Is Defeated written by Kari Quijas and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2021-06-28 with total page 265 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: “He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the Lord hath spoken it. And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the Lord; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.” – Isaiah 29:8-9 The 2020 events of the global pandemic had me searching online for help. (Actually, it had us all running for cover: masking, gelling, distancing and hoarding!) I found courage in the sermons of a Ladies ministry teacher and Pastor’s wife, Sister Claudette Walker. (Faith Apostolic Church of Troy, Michigan). I loved her boldness! I loved her confidence in Christ. She was so revealing on the nature of God. I said within myself, “You are right, God would never leave us, nor forsake us.” I knew this! I saw a great ray of sunshine through YouTube video sermons. Interesting, I had listened to them before, just a couple years earlier, but this time I was paying close attention to what God was doing and saying through her. I felt my courage rise in me to fight back against fear and depression – more than that, I recognized the source of evil. It was demonic and it was coming for us all! This book was birthed through the 2020 COVID outbreak. I lovingly dedicate it to Sister Claudette Walker and to our LORD, Jesus Christ.

Book From Outer Space to Inner Space

Download or read book From Outer Space to Inner Space written by Dr. Edgar Mitchell and published by Red Wheel/Weiser. This book was released on 2023-01-01 with total page 322 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The sixth man who walked on the moon shares his journey to the stars, into the mind, and beyond. In February 1971, as Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell hurtled Earthward through space, he was engulfed by a profound sense of universal connectedness. He intuitively sensed that his presence and that of the planet in the window were all part of a deliberate, universal process, and that the glittering cosmos itself was, in some way, conscious. The experience was so overwhelming, Mitchell knew his life would never be the same. For the next thirty-five years, he embarked on another journey, an inward exploration of the ineffable mystery of human consciousness and being. Mitchell left NASA to form the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS). There he initiated research in areas of study previously neglected by mainstream science and constructed a theory that could explain not only the mysteries of consciousness, but also the psychic event—what spiritualists call a “miracle” and scientists dismiss altogether. Mitchell also created a new dyadic model of reality, revealing a self-aware universe not predetermined by the laws of physics, preordained by deities, or infinitely malleable. While human actions are generally subject to the laws of physics, these laws are also influenced by the mind. From Outer Space to Inner Space traces two remarkable journeys—one through space and one through the mind. Together they fundamentally alter the way we understand the miracle and mystery of being, and ultimately reveal humankind’s role in its own destiny. Previously published as The Way of the Explorer, this edition includes a new foreword by Avi Loeb, an afterword by Dean Radin, and a postscript chapter by the author.
