Poetry has always been a major form of expression for me, words spilling on paper like water from a faucet. I have been in and out of the Old Manor more times than I care to remember, often for very little reason, and the resulting upheaval (loss of flat, friends, job etc) has created a pattern of ructions in my life that only stopped when I gave up all drugs and alcohol in 2016. The author, Paul Pegasus (real name Paul Arathoon) won a $10,000 prize and the title 'Internet Poet of 2004 (poetry.com)
