Mission accomplished in the UK he goes to New York and enlists the help of old U.S. Army pals where following his intuition he has no option but to diffuse a mini nuclear bomb before a journey on the Amtrak Silver Meteor finally brings to and end 'Operation Upstart' and the murderous destruction aimed at upsetting World peace.
