Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: COVID-19 is pandemic affecting most of the country globally. It is an infectious disease that is affecting most of the people and it is very difficult to diagnose and treat the diseased patient. Generally asymptotic patients recover without any treatment. Patients with other illness such as Hypertension, Heart and Lung problems, Diabetic patients require intense care and treatment. In such cases, a team of doctors work together. The combination of all the experts’ opinions is needed for efficient treatment. Often, the opinion of doctors depends on their experience and involves some differences. Further, the expert’s opinion is in linguistic terms. Plithogenic sets provide a mathematical tool for aggregation of the experts’ opinion expressed in linguistic terms. Thus, this work aims to employ plithogenic neutrosophic number to rank the diseased patients affected with COVID-19. Hence, we propose an Order Preference Technique by Similarity to Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS) using Plithogenic sets.
Download or read book Applications of Extended Plithogenic Sets in Plithogenic Sociogram written by S. Sudha and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on 2023-01-01 with total page 28 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The theory of plithogeny developed by Smarandache is described as a more generalized form of representing sets of different nature such as crisp, fuzzy, intuitionistic and neutrosophic. Plithogenic set comprises degree of appurtenance and contradiction degree with respect only to the dominant attribute. This paper introduces extended plithogenic sets comprising degrees of appurtenance and contradiction with respect to both dominant and recessive attributes. The extension of the 5-tuple Plithogenic sets to a 7- tuple plithogenic sets helps in developing a more comprehensive kind of Plithogenic sociogram. The newly developed plithogenic sets and its implications in Plithogenic sociogram is validated by the decision making problem on food processing industries. The obtained results using extended plithogenic sets are more promising in comparison to the conventional plithogenic sets. The proposed kind of plithogenic sets will benefit the decision makers to make optimal decisions based on both optimistic and pessimistic approaches.

Download or read book Multi Criteria Decision Making Models and Techniques Neutrosophic Approaches written by Abdel-Basset, Mohamed and published by IGI Global. This book was released on 2024-09-12 with total page 418 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the rising information technology trends, cost, time, delivery, space, quality, durability, and price are all paramount in addressing managerial decision-making complexities within the supply chain, transportation, and inventory control. The intensifying competition within imprecise environments further complicates these challenges. Customer demand, influenced by multifaceted factors such as production price and income levels, often remains elusive or unpredictable in the real-world market. Fuzzy sets, while useful, need to catch up in directly capturing such uncertainties due to their numeric membership functions. Multi-Criteria Decision Making Models and Techniques: Neutrosophic Approaches explores the neutrosophic sets as a solution, uniquely poised to accommodate inherent uncertainties. Neutrosophic sets and logic are evolutionary extensions of fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy sets and logic. In real-world problems, these diverse uncertain systems demonstrate a capability to manage heightened levels of uncertainty. This book delves into the burgeoning field of neutrosophic theory, elucidating its application in operations research. Neutrosophic sets and logic have emerged as pivotal tools in grappling with uncertainty, impreciseness, vagueness, incompleteness, inconsistency, and indeterminacy.

Sudha and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on 2023-01-01 with total page 17 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The environmental disarray caused by plastic usage alarms the world leaders to join hands in making coordinated efforts in creating a green globe to support environment for the future generation. The responsibility of promoting environmental sustainability is not confined to government alone as all the producer companies have equal share in mitigating the plastic waste. One of the ideal strategies of environmental conservation practiced by many of the nations at recent times is extended producer’s responsibility (EPR). This research work purposes in building a multi-criteria decision-making model integrating the methods of MACBETH (Measuring attractiveness through a categorical-based evaluation technique) and MAIRCA (Multi Attributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis) in plithogenic environment to make optimal decisions on the plastic recycling methods subjected to four core criteria in EPR context. The efficiency of the newly developed integrated model is determined by comparing the model with other models integrating MAIRCA with the methods of CRITIC (CRiteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation) & FUCOM (Full Consistency Method). The sensitivity analysis helps in listing the merits and limitations of the proposed integrated model and also the consistency of the criterion weights and the ranking of the alternatives are checked.

Book excerpt: The concept of the neutrosophic hypersoft set (NHSS) is a parameterized family that deals with the subattributes of the parameters and is a proper extension of the neutrosophic soft set to accurately assess the deficiencies, anxiety, and uncertainty in decision-making. Compared with existing research, NHSS can accommodate more uncertainty, which is the most significant technique for describing fuzzy information in the decision-making process.

This book was released on 2023-01-01 with total page 24 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This article is a preliminary draft for initiating and commencing a new pioneer dimension of expression. To deal with higher-dimensional data or information flowing in this modern era of information technology and artificial intelligence, some innovative super algebraic structures are essential to be formulated. In this paper, we have introduced such matrices that have multiple layers and clusters of layers to portray multi-dimensional data or massively dispersed information of the plithogenic universe made up of numerous subjects their attributes, and sub-attributes. For grasping that field of parallel information, events, and realities flowing from the micro to the macro level of universes, we have constructed hypersoft and hyper-super-soft matrices in a Plithogenic Fuzzy environment. These Matrices classify the non-physical attributes by accumulating the physical subjects and further sort the physical subjects by accumulating their non-physical attributes. We presented themasPlithogenicAttributiveSubjectivelyWholeHyper-Super-Soft-Matrix(PASWHSS-Matrix)andPlithogenic Subjective Attributively Whole-Hyper-Super-Soft-Matrix (PSAWHSS-Matrix). Several types of views and level-layers of these matrices are described. In addition, some local aggregation operators for Plithogenic Fuzzy Hypersoft Set (PPFHS-Set) are developed. Finally, few applications of these matrices and operators are used as numerical examples of COVID-19 data structures.

This book was released on 2023-01-01 with total page 21 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: During the last two decades, the world has experienced three major outbreaks of Coronaviruses, namely severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS- CoV), middle east respiratory syndrome (MERS-CoV), and the current ongoing pandemic of severe acute respiratory syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The SARS-CoV-2 caused the disease known as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Since its discovery for the first time in Wuhan, China, in December 2019, the disease has spread very fast, and cases have been reported in more than 200 countries/territories. In this study, the idea of Smarandache’s pathogenic set is used to discuss the novel COVID-19 spread. We first introduced plithogenic graphs and their subclass, like plithogenic fuzzy graphs. We also established certain binary operations like union, join, Cartesian product, and composition of pathogenic fuzzy graphs, which are helpful when we discuss combining two different graphs. In the end, we investigate the spreading trend of COVID-19 by applying the pathogenic fuzzy graphs. We observe that COVID-19 is much dangerous than (MERS-CoV) and (SARS-CoV). Moreover, as the SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV outbreaks were controlled, there are greater chances to overcome the current pandemic of COVID-19 too. Our model suggests that all the countries should stop all types of traveling/movement across the borders and internally too to control the spread of COVID-19. The proposed model also predicts that in case precautionary measures have not been taken then there is a chance of severe outbreak in future.
