The reflections offered here explore diverse aspects of this contested status and offer a defense of metaphysics. In other works, perhaps most fully in Being and the Between, William Desmond has tried to develop what he calls a metaxological metaphysics in response to different skeptical, if not hostile approaches to metaphysics quite common in our time. The Voiding of Being complements the systematic dimensions of this metaxological metaphysics outlined in Being and the Between. It presents a set of studies which amplify important themes in the unfolding of modern metaphysics, in relation to major earlier and contemporary thinkers, while adding nuance to what is involved in the more systematic articulation of a metaxological metaphysics. There is what the author calls a voiding of being in modernity, expressed in diverse developments of thought. “The Voiding of Being,” might seems to conjure up too negative associations but the aim of the thoughts gathered here is not at all negative. While attempting to understand the voiding of being in modern thought, our appreciation of the promise of metaphysical thinking can also be renewed and indeed extended – extended beyond skepticism and hostility to metaphysics. Desmond engages many interlocutors along the way, from the long tradition, such as Heraclitus, Aquinas and Hegel, as well as more contemporary thinkers like Heidegger and Marion. As the book’s subtitle suggests, it is concerned with the continued doing of metaphysics and not only the contemporary undoing of it.

First, concerning the scope of the investigation, the title, The Void Within: An Inner Quest for Wholeness, rightly suggests that this is an inquiry into self-understanding. It probes the universal, human experience that something seems to be missing within the human psyche something vital that cries out for explanation and resolution. What is the nature of the void within the human soul, and what does that inner void represent? Any attempt to answer those provocative questions soon involves one in the larger questions of what constitutes a self; and what are the structures of selfhood? This naturally leads the inquiry to an examination of what is meant by an authentic and/or inauthentic self. Finally, one must ask: what is required to fill the void within the human heart, bringing one a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction? An exposition of the inner void eventually faces one with the grounding question of all philosophy and psychology: What does it mean to be human? One will readily note that what began as a very limited, introspective analysis quickly became the broadest possible question for humanistic studies. Understanding what it means to be human also involves the question about how human reality is to be interpreted vis--vis its place on the infinite cosmic stage upon which modern humans find themselves.

The enlightened ones cannot be a hidden group of people who lead humanity out of the shadows committing all sorts of evils and abuses to maintain power.These people are by no means Enlightened but Dark. If there really are some in such a situation then they use the term Illuminati or Enlightened falsely. How, just as Dark are those who dirtyly attack on the true Illuminati or Enlightened only out of obscure interests of a religious nature, for fear that the Enlightened ones might open the souls of the People and show them the Way to the Truth from which some high prelates that are at the head of certain churches flee, who are afraid that, if the Truth would be found, they will lose both their financial and their decision-making power. I believe that the future will belong to those truly Enlightened, the true Illuminati. A thing is to use Evil to bring through it, Good and another is to use Evil to bring through it the Wickedness. The true Enlightened and not Dark are those who understand that the Evil can only be used for Good when he can do it, and the Good only for the Evil less Evil, when the Good itself can lead to destruction, disaster or pain. The real Bad People, the Dark Ones, are the ones who use both Good and Evil to do as much as possible Evil and not Good. Mankind must understand that the Evil and Good, the God and the Devil are an Entity with two distinct characteristics, an Entity that defines our True God, that is, our Creator Factor and Unique-Incidentally. Therefore, in order to improve the Karma of this World, we will have to pray to the Universal Consciousness formed by the Universal Pure Language.That is, to pray to the Divine Light of all the Worlds, the Supreme God of Intelligence, which to inspire our thoughts so that to use in moderation both Good and Evil, for the ultimate purpose of doing and bringing through us as much as possible Good. Why didn't I let in continuation the name of the Illuminati Bible and to this new, much deeper work of the Bible and call it the Illuminati Bible of Divine Light ? Because compared to the other book called the Illuminati Bible, the Illuminati Bible of Divine Light contains in addition to the content of that book many other new chapters that appeared with the new Wisdom Collections or with the final form of the Coaxialism.(Sorin Cerin)

Prozorov reinterprets the familiar principles of community, equality and freedom in ontological terms as attributes of pure being, subtracted from all positive determinations, and presents them as axioms of universalist politics valid in any world whatsoever. This approach to world politics serves as the groundwork for a comprehensive reconsideration of the central themes of political and international relations theory. Though they follow seemingly different methodologies and agendas, each insists on the need for a return to the category of immanence if philosophy is to have any future at all. Rejecting both the German phenomenological tradition of transcendence (of the Ego, Being, Consciousness, Alterity, or Flesh), as well as the French Structuralist valorisation of Language, they instead take the immanent categories of biology (Deleuze), mathematics (Badiou), affectivity (Henry), and axiomatic science (Laruelle) as focal points for a renewal of thought. Consequently, Continental philosophy is taken in a new direction that engages science and nature with a refreshingly critical and non-reductive approach to life, set-theory, embodiment, and knowledge. However, each of these new philosophies of immanence still regards what the other is doing as transcendent representation, raising the question of what this return to immanence really means. John Mullarkey's analysis provides a startling answer. By teasing out their internal differences, he discovers that the only thing that can be said of immanence without falling back into transcendent representation seems not to be a saying at all but a 'showing', a depiction through lines. Because each of these philosophies also places a special value on the diagram, the common ground of immanence is that occupied by the philosophical diagram rather than the word. The heavily illustrated final chapter of the book literally outlines how a mode of philosophical discourse might proceed when using diagrams to think immanence.
