Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In view of the behavioral inconsistency with doctrine by born-again believers, this book serves to offer guidelines so that earnest believers who speak of eternal life will also behave in a manner that relates to their expectations. As Christians, we previously lived in nonconformity to the things that the Bible encourages. Now, our new lifestyle should demonstrate the teaching of the Bible to Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world (1 Jn. 2:1516). Love of the world involves fleshly lust and selfish pride. It is the most challenging antagonism that can distract a believers walk with the Lord. To be enthralled by worldliness means that he or she is deceived, and such worldly pursuit can only lead to separation from God. In light of the deceiving elements that lead to destruction, The Voice of Truth purports to edify believers . . . for the perfecting of the Saints and the unity of the faith. The lifestyle of Saints must adopt the attitude of pleasing God, not ourselves. Our behavior must conform to doctrinal principles through love as the body of Christ.

Book excerpt: In The Voice of Knowledge, Miguel Ruiz reminds us of a profound and simple truth: The only way to end our emotional suffering and restore our joy in living is to stop believing in lies — mainly about ourselves. Based on ancient Toltec wisdom, this breakthrough book shows us how to recover our faith in the truth and return to our own common sense. Ruiz changes the way we perceive ourselves, and the way we perceive other people. Then he opens the door to a reality that we once perceived when we were one and two years old — a reality of truth, love, and joy. “We are born in truth, but we grow up believing in lies. . . . One of the biggest lies in the story of humanity is the lie of our imperfection.” — don Miguel Ruiz • From the international bestselling author of The Four Agreements • A New York Times bestseller • Over 300,000 copies sold in the U.S.

Book Anna the Voice of the Magdalenes

Download or read book Anna the Voice of the Magdalenes written by Claire Heartsong and published by Hay House, Inc. This book was released on 2017-11-28 with total page 401 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In this channelled sequel to the international bestseller Anna, Grandmother of Jesus, we journey with Anna, the Holy Family and 18 other Magdalene–Essenes as they travel to France and Britain after Jesus’s crucifixion and resurrection. This book gives a completely new perspective on the gnostic Mount Carmel Essene mystery school, in which Jesus and Mary Magdalene took initiations, as well as on the Holy Family and the Magdalene Order. Through Claire Heartsong, Anna tells not only the story of Jesus, but also the story of the women who surrounded him throughout his life. The book reveals the deeper mysteries they have safeguarded for aeons of time, including aspects of Jesus’s personal life not recorded in history – his relationships and, most radically, his offspring. In this one-of-a-kind story, Claire shares the information she received from Anna on the ‘Seeding of Light’ – the dispersion of Anna, Mother Mary and Jesus’s enlightened descendants whose ‘bloodline’ acts as a living catalyst for the awakening of the Christ–Magdalene potential today. Not only does this book give a new view of the Christ drama 2,000 years ago but, more importantly, it offers the potential to lift the suppressed Divine Feminine voice in our time.

Download or read book The Voice of God written by Shirley Hall and published by AuthorHouse. This book was released on 2010-07-13 with total page 110 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is a personal testimony of a Christian woman that began to hear the Lord speak by His Holy Spirit. While she was driving in her car one night she was surprised by the Holy Spirit and was surprised by the clarity in which she could hear His voice. The book tells about her thrilling adventures as He taught her to hear Him with great clarity. He set her on a path of journaling His words and showed her what He desired in a relationship. He began taking her on many adventures and teaching her by way of the Holy Spirit through many visions. The Lord taught her about His ways and His kingdom. He taught her of the love He had for people. What's more, He taught her to pray by the revelation of the Holy Spirit. The book is, in part, a study on what the Bible says about God speaking. It also describes a God that still wants to communicate just as he did in many scriptural accounts. It encourages the body of Christ to hear what the Spirit is saying to the church.

Book The Voice of the Silence

  • Author : Helena Petrovna Blavatsky

Download or read book The Voice of the Silence written by Helena Petrovna Blavatsky and published by Library of Alexandria. This book was released on 2020-09-28 with total page 78 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: THE following pages are derived from "The Book of the Golden Precepts," one of the works put into the hands of mystic students in the East. The knowledge of them is obligatory in that school, the teachings of which are accepted by many Theosophists. Therefore, as I know many of these Precepts by heart, the work of translating has been relatively an easy task for me. It is well known that, in India, the methods of psychic development differ with the Gurus (teachers or masters), not only because of their belonging to different schools of philosophy, of which there are six, but because every Guru has his own system, which he generally keeps very secret. But beyond the Himalayas the method in the Esoteric Schools does not differ, unless the Guru is simply a Lama, but little more learned than those he teaches. The work from which I here translate forms part of the same series as that from which the "Stanzas" of the Book of Dzyan were taken, on which the Secret Doctrine is based. Together with the great mystic work called Paramartha, which, the legend of Nagarjuna tells us, was delivered to the great Arhat by the Nagas or "Serpents" (in truth a name given to the ancient Initiates), the Book of the Golden Precepts claims the same origin. Yet its maxims and ideas, however noble and original, are often found under different forms in Sanskrit works, such as the Dnyaneshvari, that superb mystic treatise in which Krishna describes to Arjuna in glowing colors the condition of a fully illumined Yogi; and again in certain Upanishads. This is but natural, since most, if not all, of the greatest Arhats, the first followers of Gautama Buddha were Hindus and Aryans, not Mongolians, especially those who emigrated into Tibet. The works left by Aryasanga alone are very numerous.
