His poetry has been translated into more than ten languages and is included in high school and college textbooks in Taiwan, China, England, and Germany. An accountant living in Maryland, Bing Hua is the vice president of the Chinese Poetry Association and the content director of Poetry Hall. Her poetry has gained such popularity among her Chinese readers that it is highlighted as "Bing Hua phenomenon" with "Bing Hua poetic style," and the poet herself has gained the fame of being "the queen of love poetry ... the rose in the poetic land." Bing Hua began writing poetry during the 1980s; her major publications are February's Rose (English edition, 2022), Selected Poems of Bing Hua (Chinese-English edition, 2019), This is Love (Chinese edition, 2013), and Roses by the Stream (Chinese edition, 2008, and a bilingual edition, 2019). Her poems have been translated into English, German, Japanese, and Korean. She has also co-edited with Yingcai Xu The Best Modern and Contemporary Chinese Poetry (Chinese edition, 2021) and The Best Overseas Chinese Poetry (Chinese edition, 2021).
