By a merciful interpos'ition' of Providence, the first and principal design of that upstart and ambitious Power (whose Capital Berlin has been the storm-centre of Europe for upward of 170 years, and-which was only rescued from complete annihilation by Great Britain and Russia, in 1814-15) has been frustrated but not merely by human power I firmly believe and I think that I am voicing the opinion of thousands of devout.
