Book The Rainbow Portal of Beliefs

Download or read book The Rainbow Portal of Beliefs written by Søren Krause and published by Austin Macauley Publishers. This book was released on 2022-12-16 with total page 241 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Dear Reader, how do you feel about your life? Is it fulfilling and meaningful? Or do you feel that something is missing? During my life journey, I realised that each of us has a mission or a call, which we often tend to be more or less conscious about. And when we succeed in finding it, we become highly motivated to realise it as it provides us with our deepest longings. The call goes far beyond what you can experience through your normal senses and beyond what natural science can explain. Essential human topics like faith, hope and love belong to different concepts, which cannot be proved but only experienced. Furthermore, you will discover that if you identify your call and live it out accordingly, you will experience the most fulfilling and meaningful life. Even better, you become the best version of yourself. As a bonus, you will have an apparent reference whenever you need to make choices that have a far-reaching impact on your life. This book provides you with different perspectives and tools that can encourage you to become the driver in your life. As an aspiration, we follow the complete lifecycle of a person named Senius, who realised during his journey of why be satisfied with less, and learn about all his considerations to find and realise his call. The symbols below illustrate Senius’ call. May you find inspiration to develop your potential for an enriching life that will make you shine like a lighthouse and as an exemplary citizen of the global community. With these wishes, I send you my regards in the name of love and wisdom, Søren Krause.

Book Rainbow s Shadow and the Covenant of Wisdom

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Rainbows Shadow and the Covenant of Wisdom picks up where Rainbows Shadow and the Tablets of Fate leaves off. Will, Jimmy and Bryan are back to their normal lives until Will is rushed to the hospital with a bizarre case of vertigo. With his head spinning like a top and dreams of his grandfather back in full force, Will is convinced he is being called back to Rainbow Alley for something big. He has secretly tried to gain access back into the portal for months, and his failed attempts to open the vortex have frustrated him beyond belief. Convinced the portal is permanently closed, Will sits in his hospital room confused. It was temptation which lured Bryan to take the shiny black stone as a souvenir from Rainbow Alley. Little did he know he had provided a way for evil to rejuvenate. As he admires the shiny black stone he finishes reading yet another Sorcerers Shadow novel entitled The Pirates Revenge. With the book resting up against the stone and another novel entitled The Island Where Magic Began, it only takes a few seconds for the evil forces of the Sorcerers Shadow to emanate from the stone and open the portal. As the two novels meld together and the portal opens, Will finds himself confronted by an eccentric messenger who instructs him to return the stone. Once the stone is returned the Covenant of Wisdom will be revealed and provide the necessary knowledge to open the path to true paradise. Will and Jimmy find themselves on a new journey into a surreal world as they find access into the portal and into a new adventure. Their mission at first is to save Bryan but quickly transforms into a quest for all mankind.

Download or read book Portals Pearls written by Sherri Stevens and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2017-07-25 with total page 250 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: What if what you know about God just ain't so? Portals can be rather inconspicuous and elusive, but when we find one of these obscure openings, we discover that it can be a divine door that ushers us out of darkness and despair into a whole new dimension of freedom. Unfortunately, because of negative encounters we may have had with churchy people or the guilt and condemnation we may have suffered under religious teaching, we end up being driven away, and rightly so, from any further involvement with religion. A portal (for the purpose of this book) symbolizes a gateway of knowledge and understanding into God’s grace and truth intended to bring to light the gospel of Jesus Christ to lead us out from behind the iron bars of false beliefs that may be enslaving us. This book was written to display God’s prismatic promises and the biblical wisdom God has provided for us as answers and antidotes to the various problems we may encounter in life.

Book Teaching Life and Social Skills

Download or read book Teaching Life and Social Skills written by Galen Downes and published by Austin Macauley Publishers. This book was released on 2021-01-08 with total page 72 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: WHY DO SO MANY OF US FEEL DISSATISFIED, UNHAPPY – SOMETIMES DEPRESSED? We have vastly more material possessions than we need, yet we’re duped into buying more, because of our need to keep up with others who have more money and ‘things’ than we have. We’re also pressurised by advertising, and glossy images of people living extravagant lives. There’s a noticeable increase in our use of mobile phones. We tend to communicate more by messaging, than face-to-face conversations. There’s also a worrying trend in the misuse of social media (including cyber-bullying). All these trends in our behaviour largely explain why there’s a rise in mental health problems – especially in youngsters – who need counselling and support. Unfortunately there’s a lack of appropriate resources. WE ONLY NEED TO TAKE A FEW PRACTICAL STEPS: We can stop buying things we don’t need. Stop envying, and comparing ourselves unfavourably with others. Cut down on mobile phone use; allocate periods of ‘phone silence’. Use social media responsibly, and think about its effects on others. Make more time for family and friends, enjoy chatting face-to-face. Think of others – give a helping hand, be generous and positive. All we need is a change of attitude. It requires effort and determination – but it’s rewarding; and costs nothing! THIS WORKBOOK IS A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO HELP YOUNGSTERS – WORKING WITH THEIR TEACHERS AND PARENTS – TO COPE WITH ANY CONCERNS OR ANXIETIES THAT INHIBIT THEM, AND TO DEVELOP THEIR CONFIDENCE, AND FULFIL THEIR POTENTIAL.

Book A Box of Magick

Download or read book A Box of Magick written by Jamie Della and published by Sounds True. This book was released on 2023-09-26 with total page 231 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Discover the Magick that lives within you. A Box of Magick will connect you with herbalism, rituals, and spells through the guidance of two priestesses, one from beyond the veil. A Box of Magick is a call to adventure, an invitation to awaken and activate the deepest part of your most mystical, powerful self. Traditionally, Magick has been taught with close, one-on-one guidance that is rarely available to practitioners of all levels today. This book invites us to practice with two magickal guides, author Jamie Della and her Elder Wiccan High Priestess and mentor Connie DeMasters. Fifteen years after Connie’s passing, Jamie received a literal box of Magick on her doorstep, 23 pounds of Connie’s rituals, hymns, spells, charts, astrology, and more. Through this unexpected gift, Connie is still teaching Jamie―and now they are both teaching us! With the warmth of female mentorship, A Box of Magick offers a path of personal growth and empowerment and shares: • Inspiration to recognize the magickal lessons, universal messages, and helpful signs that exist all around us―from cycles of the sun, moon, and planets to herbs • Rituals that help us face and integrate the shadow self, develop abiding self-love, and stand with a sword of personal truth held ready • Lessons in how to foster a relationship with crystals, herbs, living creatures, and elemental spirits, as well as our own stories, and write your own spells • Storytelling and parables that teach discernment as we connect magickal insights with our own experiences As Jamie shares, this guide offers “a mentor to help you live the craft of the wise and deepen your ability to manifest, intuit, and connect with the language of our alive world and its limitless possibilities.” A Box of Magick shares seeds of magickal wisdom and shows us how to turn them into a blossoming, evolving magickal life, spiced with the essence of our own unique spirit.

Book excerpt: It's now the year of our Lord, 2915. Human civilization having attained near perfection... and Womankind's very first starship, the S.E.A.S.S. StarChild, is about to disembark on its bachelor voyage to the stars. There it will encounter absolute Hell. A Hell that changed Human herstory for the very worst nearly 7,000 years before-threatening to do that very same thing YET AGAIN!!! Yet even so "StarChild" is more than just science fiction, just as much an adventure romance novel set in the future, a strong element of mystery added. Mostly a love story in the truest sense, the main focus of "StarChild" is on people and the Human element versus mere gadgetry and futuristic jargon. And with its powerful depiction of a better society "StarChild" could even be looked upon as a mistress blueprint for a much better society than that we know today, hope for a brighter future known as the "New Matriarchate"-the Tammyite Matriarchy. Depicted in a more intelligent, realistic, sophisticated, and sensitive manner than normally experienced in works of fiction involving matriarchal civilizations it is a time in which "history" has been replaced by "herstory," delving as well into our past as well as the future.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: As humanity steadily decimates the global bird population, scientists and scholars are discovering that birds may have played a greater role in shaping human evolution than primates. Our distant ancestors imitated birdsong to develop language and followed bird migration flyways around the world, consistently settling in prime bird habitat. Church of Birds is an eco-history of human evolution that’s supported by recent scientific discoveries, ancient myth, and sacred texts. Across dozens of cultures, migratory birds were seen as divine agents of a benevolent sun, delivering seeds to the landscape in spring and guiding souls to a heavenly paradise in the fall. These mythic roles were ultimately incorporated into Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
