B. 0., repond formellement: "Mais toute personne dont le titre avant la " passation de l'acte seigneurial de 1854, l'aurait autorisee "a conceder les dites terres non-concedees, pourra les " vendre pour telle rente constituee comme susdit, et non au" trement." 2o. Telle servitude, si jamais le seigneur a pu l'imposer legalement, a ete abolie par le ch. 41, S. R. B. C. Le chapitre 41 des S. R. B. C. commence comme suit: "Considerant qu'il est expedient d'abolir tous droits et ..".
