Dalton and Juliet join forces with another ally, Proctor Newley, curator of The Morgan Museum in Manhattan, and by using the Brimstone, find a way to go back in time to Paris, 1889. Also, in pursuit of the Brimstone is Luger Pabst, a grisly mercenary with orders to find it at any cost. A woman, known as the Duchess, employs him. If he returns it, he'll receive a reward of 5 million Euros. He too finds a way to time travel to the City of Light. But once in Paris, 1889, Dalton, Juliet and Proctor can't get back - until they find an ally in the person of Gustave Eiffel, the man who built The Eiffel Tower.
