One of the three solutions, the Infinite Universe of Einstein and Newton, fits all the data for the Hubble diagram better than the Big Bang. Next, using general relativity and the physics that evolved from Newton, the force of gravity between two massive point particles is found. Utilizing this force and the Infinite Universe of Einstein and Newton model, the net force of gravity on a point particle in arbitrary motion, due the uniform mass distribution of the universe, is calculated by integration. This net force of gravity is found to be equal to the Force of Inertia. These calculations explain Newton's First Law, Newton's Second Law, and the equivalence of inertial and gravitational mass. The middle of the book deals with the development of quantum mechanics. Here it is shown that hidden within the classical mechanics of particles there is the phase of a wave, associated with a particle, that moves at the speed of a de Broglie wave. The form of the phase of the wave is developed. Making use of the form of the phase, the Hamilton-Jacobi equation for a particle is setup to be solved using an integrating factor. The resulting equation is manipulated directly into the form of the Schrodinger equation. This development requires that the particle Hamilton-Jacobi equation has a solution whenever the Schrodinger equation has a solution and vice versa. The classical wave function is then shown to have exactly the same mathematical properties as the quantum mechanical wave function, including the fact that the absolute value squared of the classical wave function has the mathematical properties of a probability density. However, the interpretation that this is a probability density for the particle is shown not to hold. Lastly, the missing matter problem is resolved by showing that the dynamics and the mass of a spiral galaxy are better and more naturally explained by using ordinary physics with ordinary interacting matter than they are by postulating and using exotic weakly interacting dark matter.

When it was first published in 1927, it won more condemnation than favor from a world which was not then as ready for it as now. The book mixed science and metaphysics in a manner which nullified its impression upon physicists. Gradually, however, many of its then radical statements have been verified by some of the world's greatest scientists and have won him many followers. The physicist draws a sharp line between things which he can in some way detect by the evidence of his senses and things which lie beyond that evidence. There is no denial of a "something" beyond the range of his senses and his sensed instruments, but what may be there is conjectural and, therefore, inadmissible as scientific data of a reliable nature. In other words, material evidence which lies within the narrow limits of man's sense-range is the only admissible evidence to science. But what about that vast range which will not respond to our sensed bodies and sensed instruments? Down the ages a rare few have been permitted to sever the senses which connect matter with its motivated Source in the consciousness of Universal Mind. These few have become conscious of the cosmos and have tried to tell the world of its simplicity. Each of these has faced an impossible task. The generalities and symbols which they did set down have been discounted and relegated to poetry or metaphysics or mysticism.

Mahabali, the astute strategist, disguised himself as a poor Brahmin and addressed Lord Vishnu as Vamana, a dwarf, during one of his incarnations. Mahabali pledged to provide Vamana with three steps of land in a selfless act. Vamana miraculously grew to include the entire cosmos, claiming the earth and sky before asking Mahabali where he may place his third foot. When Mahabali realized the deception, he offered his own skull, which pushed him deep into the netherworld. Because of his humility and dedication, Lord Vishnu granted him permission to visit his people during the Onam festival. The Devas believed they had achieved perpetual dominion after obtaining Amrita, but the Asuras were tenacious in their pursuit of immortality. They performed rigorous penance, practiced formidable austerities, and called powerful godly boons. Ravana and Hiranyakashipu, for example, developed great power and near-invulnerability. The cosmic struggle spilled over into the mortal realm from the celestial realms. According to the epic Mahabharata, the Kurukshetra War was fought between the Pandavas, who were supported by the Devas, and the Kauravas, who were supported by the Asuras. Lord Krishna, an avatar of Lord Vishnu, was crucial in leading the Pandavas to victory and restoring balance and justice. The Devas and Asuras continued their unending conflict as the ages passed, their fates linked in a cosmic dance of creation and destruction.
