Book excerpt: The Dimension Machine is different than a time machine. With a time machine you can travel to the past or the future. Traveling to the future or past does not guarantee changing anything. It "s more like observing events. With a time machine when you come back to the present you know the future to come and you can try to change it. With a Dimension machine you open a door in the future. You bend the future time and you bring it to the present. You not only see the future as in time travel but you bring the future to you and live in it. Time travel is more a straight line like from point A to point B similar to the 3D world. You travel through the many layers of time fabric " in a straight line. While in a Dimension machine you can choose to open any layer of future time and live in it. You function as today. The future is today. You still have a past, present and future. There are people that can see the future. These are time travelers. There are people that can make the future. They are the ones that can bend time and connect with other dimensions. There are people that can see an invention and there are people that can make an invention. There are people that can see/hear the music and there are people that can create the music. With a dimension machine you can skip events as you bend time. With a Dimension machine you can avoid negative events that could happen. Each event has multi-dimensions as an option. Each option will have a different outcome and with a dimension machine you can choose one scenario out of all possibilities. You can do all this when you know how a dimension machine works

Book Stephen Smale The Mathematician Who Broke the Dimension Barrier

Download or read book Stephen Smale The Mathematician Who Broke the Dimension Barrier written by Steve Batterson and published by American Mathematical Soc.. This book was released on 2012-12-30 with total page 338 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In 1957 Stephen Smale startled the mathematical world by showing that it is possible to turn a sphere inside out without cutting, tearing, or crimping. A few years later, from the beaches of Rio, he introduced the horseshoe map, demonstrating that simple functions could have chaotic dynamics. Despite his diverse accomplishments, Smales name is virtually unknown outside mathematics. One of the objectives of this book is to bring the life and work of this significant figure in intellectual history to the attention of a larger community.

This book was released on 2007-05-11 with total page 1992 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The so-called fourth dimension of a metropolis is the underground space beneath a city which typically includes structures such as tunnels, which facilitate transport and provide gas, water and other supplies. Underground space may also be utilised for living, working and recreational facilities and industrial storage. These volumes focus on underg

Book Thermodynamics and Synchronization in Open Quantum Systems

Download or read book Thermodynamics and Synchronization in Open Quantum Systems written by Gonzalo Manzano Paule and published by Springer. This book was released on 2018-07-04 with total page 424 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book explores some of the connections between dissipative and quantum effects from a theoretical point of view. It focuses on three main topics: the relation between synchronization and quantum correlations, the thermodynamical properties of fluctuations, and the performance of quantum thermal machines. Dissipation effects have a profound impact on the behavior and properties of quantum systems, and the unavoidable interaction with the surrounding environment, with which systems continuously exchange information, energy, angular momentum and matter, is ultimately responsible for decoherence phenomena and the emergence of classical behavior. However, there is a wide intermediate regime in which the interplay between dissipative and quantum effects gives rise to a plethora of rich and striking phenomena that has just started to be understood. In addition, the recent breakthrough techniques in controlling and manipulating quantum systems in the laboratory have made this phenomenology accessible in experiments and potentially applicable.

Book Machine Learning Applications in Electromagnetics and Antenna Array Processing

Download or read book Machine Learning Applications in Electromagnetics and Antenna Array Processing written by Manel Martínez-Ramón and published by Artech House. This book was released on 2021-04-30 with total page 436 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This practical resource provides an overview of machine learning (ML) approaches as applied to electromagnetics and antenna array processing. Detailed coverage of the main trends in ML, including uniform and random array processing (beamforming and detection of angle of arrival), antenna optimization, wave propagation, remote sensing, radar, and other aspects of electromagnetic design are explored. An introduction to machine learning principles and the most common machine learning architectures and algorithms used today in electromagnetics and other applications is presented, including basic neural networks, gaussian processes, support vector machines, kernel methods, deep learning, convolutional neural networks, and generative adversarial networks. Applications in electromagnetics and antenna array processing that are solved using machine learning are discussed, including antennas, remote sensing, and target classification.
