This case was rather instructive to me, more particularly from a patho-aetiological stand-point, inasmuch as eczema had preceded the tumour-formation, and when the eczema had been got rid cf by external means the uterine fibroid began to grow; moreover, after the tumour had quite gone, eczema broke out again.
