Dry Saunas features lower humidity level is usually 5 to 10% and temperatures averaging 70 to 90 degrees Celsius. This can be done normally in the Dry Sauna and can be done by the person demonstrating the sauna protocol by understanding the term "Thermal Manipulation" which is a more adept term since thermal relegation refers to the body's own response generated internally whereas thermal manipulation is the external intentional influence on the core body temperature.
