His original letter is de scribed by Edward Rowe Mores to have been of the sort' called Secretary. Afterwards he came nearer to the English face. He used three founts of Great Primer, one of Double Pica, and one of Long Primer. These types very nearly agreed with the bodies which have since been so designated.
