Book The Armorbearer s Training Manual

Download or read book The Armorbearer s Training Manual written by Lynne Sims and published by . This book was released on 2020-05-28 with total page 244 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The tips, instructions and biblical facts in this manual are sure to take everything about your ministry to the next level. There are 27 chapters of powerful content. Each uniquely designed to give insight in a specific area. The Armor Bearer's Training Manual addresses both the natural and the spiritual needs of God's Armor Bearers. And, it is formatted for group or one-on-one training sessions. If you can read, you can teach from this training manual with no additional resources needed. After utilizing this divinely resourceful "guide to serving in excellence", you will experience immediate increase in spiritual growth and unity within your entire ministry team. God gave me this powerful ministry enhancement tool to educate anyone within the body of Christ on how to exceed the highest standards as it relates to serving God's Leaders regardless of their ministry size. This book was not released by God for the education of Armor Bearers alone. It also provides revelatory insight for Senior Leaders in ministry as well as detailed directives that effectively equip those who are called to assist the Armor Bearers in their assignments to cover their ministry Leaders. I have included most of the unique scenarios that I encountered by way of personal experience or through mentoring other Senior Leaders in ministry. From "What an Armor Bearer needs to do when their Leader has a ministry assignment", "Setting their Leader's atmosphere", "The process of being restored after falling into sin", "Effectively serving weak, harsh or wounded Leadership" and "The core members of every successful ministry team" to "Remaining faithful after your Leader has fallen", "Sexual attractions towards your Leader", and "The Armor Bearer's travel kit." I also included "Armor Bearers, money and ministry", "Offended Armor Bearers dismantle ministries", "Armor Bearers who live with their Leaders", "When a Leader is forced to fire/sit down their entire team" and much, much more!

Book Armorbearer Adjutant Training Manual

Download or read book Armorbearer Adjutant Training Manual written by Dr Shaolin Mb Abrams Sr and published by Createspace Independent Publishing Platform. This book was released on 2015-10-01 with total page 62 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This teaching is dedicated to examining some of the practical applications that an Armorbearer/Adjutant of Christ or one who has the calling of Armorbearing should clearly understand because these practices will make things run smoothly while "Guarding The Anointing" on that pastor. And serving as leaders, it will help bring discipline to the ministry and to the leadership inside the House of GOD as well as when you travel outside of the domains of your local church setting. Now whether your Pastor is a local church leader only or they have a traveling ministry, these practices should be in place. In biblical days, an Armorbearer was one who actually carried the shield and armor of the king as he went into battle, often acting as his personal assistant. For example, King Saul had several Armorbearers assigned to him; so today, in the Body of Christ, we continue to need our spiritual armor and those who are anointed to "Guard" it in the spiritual realm. The Ephesians' writer commands us to put on the full armor of GOD so that we can take our stand against the devil's attacks; spiritual or physical!!! Just as much as our early century counterparts, we who have been anointed in the ministry of an Armorbearer of Christ, are to suit up in the Armor of GOD and "Guard the Anointing" of GOD'S Messenger in the battle of faith. The term Armorbearer was originally translated from the Hebrew word, nasa, meaning to figuratively or literally "lift up," "support" or "simply help." On occasion, theologians translate the word "help" from the Hebrew word, nasa; and in light of these defining terms, we can see an Armorbearer is one that "helps" or "supports" the vision of that pastor during the times of battle. In the Body of Christ, an Armorbearer of Christ is one "anointed" by GOD to "guard the anointing" on that man or woman of GOD by serving and helping them in life, ministry, and especially in the fight of Faith. In essence, an Armorbearer of Christ is called to make sure they are attended to, ministered to, cared for, helped, to be of use, to assist, to benefit, to promote, to support, to make easy for, to nourish, and to encourage the pastor. Furthermore, the attitude and mindset of an Armorbearer of Christ is one of servanthood because the mindset of an Armorbearer of Christ is to do whatever it takes to serve and support the pastor; and operating under the anointing of an Armorbearer of Christ can be described as operating in the principles or pervading qualities of servanthood, commitment, attentiveness, support, help, loyalty, and faithfulness. Armorbearing in the attitude of service is not just the performing of humble tasks but is an effort to serve Christ in the Kingdom of GOD. JESUS said, "The servant of all is the greatest of all." Among my favorite examples are the great men in Old Testament Scripture, many who were faithful armorbearers before their public ministry. King David, and King David's mighty men, Elisha and Joshua exemplified the anointing of an Armorbearer of Christ in excellence; even Elisha's assistant, Gehazi, offers us an example of what we do not want to do as an Armorbearer of Christ. One need not think that the LORD GOD only called Armorbearers of Christ or helpers to assist in the ancient battles.

Book Are You An Armorbearer Or A Cupbearer

Download or read book Are You An Armorbearer Or A Cupbearer written by Shaolin Mb Abrams Sr and published by . This book was released on 2020-02-14 with total page 68 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Since each ministry and pastor is different, it is essential to provide Armor bearer/Adjutant training because Armorbearers/Adjutants must be trained so they can meet their leader's expectations and how he/she wants that ministry to operate. This training was designed to help understand whether or not you have what it takes to be an Armorbearer/Adjutant; but also, this class is for pastors and ministry leaders who are served by volunteer Armorbearers/Adjutants, and ministry assistants. After being in the ministry for many years, I saw the need to help other Armorbearers/Adjutants to have the dignity that they now were to walk in as well. It is my passion to teach those who lead and those being led; "Excellence in servant hood."

Book excerpt: Explore the things that really matter for a successful ministry. "Well done, good and faithful servant." Every ministry leader wants to hear these words when they meet their Lord. But what does successful ministry look like? There are many books on leadership strategies and church structures, but this one looks at what matters most: the character and attitude of church leaders. It recognizes that the spiritual health of the church leaders in large part determines the spiritual health of the congregation and therefore the success of the ministry. In this short, punchy, challenging and at times surprising book, Rico Tice draws on decades of experience in church leadership to call fellow pastors and others with oversight of areas of church ministry to define success biblically, fight their sin, lead themselves and serve their churches. A must-read on pastoral leadership for pastors, elders, worship leaders, youth leaders and anyone else with a leadership role in church ministry.
