In other words, all purchasers of glucose paid a flat price and in addition an amount equal to the freight on the purchase from Chicago to the point of delivery even though the shipment might be made from the factory of the defendants in.kansas City. Purchases of glucose might be made from the factory in Chicago and deliv ery accepted there, and thus the purchasers would be relieved from the payment of any freight charges on the purchases. Ih some instances the freight from Kansas City on a shipment to the point of delivery would exceed the amount of freight on a comparable shipment that might be made from Chicago. In instances of this kind the defendants absorbed the difference.
