Différents indicateurs qualité sont donc déjà en place au sein de l'unité de stérilisation de la pharmacie centrale du CHU de Lille dont le suivi des réclamations, des non-conformités, et du temps de process. Ces réclamations ne remettent pas en question la qualité de la stérilisation mais leur déclaration perdure malgré l'application des Bonnes Pratiques de Pharmacie Hospitalière. Cela traduit une insatisfaction des clients. L'objectif est la mise en place d'un outil pour évaluer la qualité de la fabrication autrement que par les réclamations et non conformités en effectuant un contrôle continu de la production au sein même de l'unité de stérilisation. Pour cela, un contrôle par échantillonnage et par attributs est nécessaire. En se basant sur la norme ISO 2859, 16 unités étaient à contrôler par jour et par étape afin d'être statistiquement représentatif. L'analyse est effectuée sur les résultats d'un mois de tests. Le temps moyen cumulé consacré aux contrôles et au remplissage du tableau de suivi est de 73.2±17.6 minutes par jour pour les internes/externes en pharmacie et de 56±34.4 minutes par jour pour les IBODE. L'analyse des non-conformités a permis de mettre en évidence des défauts de pratiques professionnelles. Le contrôle continu de la qualité de la production peut donc servir de base pour mener des Evaluations de Pratiques Professionnelles (EPP), de cibler des formations spécifiques et d'en mesurer l'impact.

It consists on seeding solid culture medium with bacteria or fungi (filamentous or higher) and on producing, in this medium (solid components and exudates) metabolites and high value products. In fact, this process is very old. In older industries such the food and agricultural, this technique has been extensively used. An example of this is the production of pork sausages and Roquefort cheese. Pharmaceutical industry could make extensive use of SSF in the production of secondary metabolites of many kinds and development in this direction is soon expected.
