La plaque considérée est encastrée dans une baie séparant deux salles anéchoïques et soumise à une excitation aérienne large bande stationnaire. Elle et équipée de capteurs et d'actionneurs piézoélectriques collées sur sa surface. Il s'agit donc d'un problème de contrôle actif structural acoustique, ou "contrôle vibroacoustique du rayonnement de structures", qui consiste à atténuer le champ acoustique rayonné par la plaque en minimisant les amplitudes des vibrations incriminées par des méthodes de contrôle actif. Après un travail d'analyse des phénomènes qui sont à l'origine des transmissions vibroacoutiques, la mise en oeuvre d'un algorithme de contrôle Linéaire Quadratique Gaussien est envisagée d'un point de vue théorique et pratique. Un algorithme LQG permet de prendre en compte un critère de minimisation adapté au problème posé et cette possibilité est exploitée afin d'atténuer le rayonnement acoustique à basses fréquences de la plaque. Le contrôle est expérimenté en temps réel pour différents critères de minimisation.... Les performances obtenues pour différentes configurations du système de contrôle sont comparées et montrent l'intérêt de l'usage de cet outil de simulation.

Book excerpt: Le rayonnement acoustique d'une structure vibrante est un phénomène complexe et en générale, on ne s'intéresse qu'au champ de pression émis loin de l'objet. Pour une structure plane bafflée finie, l'analyse ondulatoire, montre que seule une partie du champ vibratoire est à l'origine du bruit émis en champ lointain. Pour caractériser ce champ vibratoire à l'origine de la nuisance sonore, nos recherches ont porté sur l'analyse multirésolution en ondelettes (AMRO). Les ondelettes, par leur capacité filtrante dans l'espace des nombres d'ondes, permet l'obtention de sources acoustiques équivalentes. Leurs natures et leurs localisations dépendent alors de la résolution de la reconstruction et de la famille d'ondelettes analysantes. L'application de l'AMRO dans le cadre de rayonnement des modes de plaque, nous a permis de retrouver et de quantifier les notions empiriques de rayonnements par les coins ou par les bords. Sur une plaque soumise à différentes types d'excitations, les sources acoustiques équivalentes obtenues, approchent de manière très satisfaisante la pression rayonnée en champ lointain. Pour une force mécanique ponctuelle, elles sont principalement localisées à la périphérie et au point d'application. Pour une excitation par onde plane, on obtient des lignes de sources suivant l'angle d'incidence. Une expérimentation, sur une structure simple, a permis de valider la pression acoustique rayonnée par les sources équivalentes issues de l'AMRO. Ce travail ouvre des perspectives au contrôle actif du rayonnement acoustique.

Besides a common macroscopic (continuum) description the microscopic theory of flexoelectricity is also addressed.
