Dal mio punto di vista l'espansione aziendale è il risultato di azioni diverse inserite in un progetto di crescita, che l'azienda ha deciso di attuare per il raggiungimento di nuovi obiettivi o di un nuovo livello.Quando parlo di processo di crescita mi riferisco in primo luogo alla crescita personale. Lo studio e la formazione dei manager e dei collaboratori deve essere alla base del processo di espansione aziendale. La crescita dell'azienda passa anche attraverso la sviluppo della sua rete vendita. Indispensabile è l'utilizzo di sistemi di selezione delle persone da inserire nella rete commerciale, siano essi agenti, manager, collaboratori o quadri intermedi; queste figure devono essere adeguatamente formate e assistite anche con attività individuali. Al fine di valutare l'efficacia dell'azione svolta dalla rete commerciale è necessario costruire un sistema adeguato di statistiche per il monitoraggio anche dei sottoprodotti di vendita (contatti, appuntamenti...). Altro aspetto fondamentale è la cura del marketing. Inutile che ti spieghi l'importanza che ha un mirato piano di comunicazione per le sorti della tua azienda. Il Digital marketing e, soprattutto, l'inbound marketing sono strumenti potentissimi per raggiungere i tuoi potenziali clienti. L'obiettivo dell'espansione aziendale è la crescita degli utili. Spesso le aziende dimenticano che sono nate per questo: produrre profitti, ed è proprio per questo motivo che è opportuno creare un sistema di controllo dei costi, sia quelli fissi che variabili. Per verificare l'andamento dell'azienda devi affidarti ad un sistema di statistica che ti consenta di verificare l'andamento di elementi chiave come il fatturato, la liquidità e la marginalità.Questi temi sono sviluppati nel manuale, buona lettura!
