First, I must thank God for his plan of redemption and for being a God that will personally come and see about his believers because he definitely did that in my life. He knows that the things he allows in your life, good or bad, serve a purpose; and my pain served a purpose because I now care for another youth because of what I have been through! I thank Jehovah God for his ways, for his ways are not our way and his thoughts are not our thoughts! I thank God for the Holy Spirit, the teacher of all truth! Thank you to my wonderful children who are grown now: La Teisha Collette Turner and Du Shaine Amel Turner. When God blessed me with these two, I knew I had to make a tremendous amount of change in my life. They motivated me to change, and I wanted them to have the best of me, not an angry me. I could have never done it. But God knew how I loved children, so he blessed me with the two of them, and they have always been supportive of me. I thank the both of them for my eight wonderful grandchildren: Montrell, Shamar, De Jean, Monterio, Quiese, Trenaty, Destyne, and Zavarion. I love the addition to my family, and I love them like crazy.

This book was released on 2015-01-01 with total page 139 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Loving the Silent Tears is more than a musical. It is a celebration. This remarkable show rejoices in the diversity of our world: Sixteen vibrant global cultures are presented through soaring music, astounding sets and costumes, and an impressive cast of singers and dancers. Moving deeper, the musical’s book and lyrics weave the entrancing story of a magical journey and the crisscrossing paths of an older, disenchanted woman and a lost young man propelled on the way to self-discovery. It is a search for a meaningful existence and ultimately, an exaltation of finding peace within ourselves. Musical theatre has always conveyed tales of love, ambition, and adversity through song and dance. With a topic that’s more unique than most, this musical is particularly deep yet highly entertaining. The theme revolves around the innate human longing to contact a higher power, or in the poet’s words, “Loving the silent tears for You more than the diamonds of the world.” Good theatre invites us to think, to question, and to aspire. Loving the Silent Tears does just that, providing aesthetic gratification while planting the seeds for further reflection.

Book Hear My Cry

Download or read book Hear My Cry written by Shawna Draper and published by . This book was released on 2012-11-30 with total page 410 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The story of my healing from sexual and ritual abuse begins in the book, My Tears Fall Inside, and ends in The Silent Cries. Hear My Cry, a compilation of poems or writings from my soul, is a companion to the other two books. Many readers have expressed a desire to read more of these poetic writings, which is why this book was born. Also, some who have read My Tears Fall Inside have wanted to know a little bit more about what really happened to me. Many of the poems in this book provide more details. By reading this book from cover to cover you will get a clearer picture of my story and how it fits together with the other two books, since in this book, you will also see an occasional blurb describing the situation when certain support people came into my life or when they left. Over the years, as I have occasionally shared a poem or two, I have learned that all people can relate to much of what I've written. Everyone experiences pain and heartache at some point in their lives. The feelings I expressed in these poems are feelings that all people experience and might help a person without my background say, "YES! This is how I feel but I have never been able to put it into words!" For this reason, the book has the potential to help anyone who has ever felt pain, sadness, betrayal, anger, fear, depression and a myriad of other emotions. I hope that by reading this book, people will find a voice for how they feel and what they are going through in their own lives, and be able to share a poem with someone else in order to help others understand their own feelings. I hope this book brings you a greater understanding of yourself and your own feelings and also a greater understanding of those around you.
