The justification for the existence of this book will be found in its pages - on every page. Preface To The Second Edition It was my intention to incorporate some new matter in this edition. But the information that a new edition was needed, and at once too, came so much sooner than I expected - it is barely eight months since the first edition made its appearance - and, what with my practice and writing two other books, I am so busy just at present, that I am obliged to send out this edition a mere facsimile of the first.
