He died in Monmouth County, New Jersey. His descendant, Richard Robins (1724-1785), married Elizabeth Polyon. The family settled in Prince Edward Island, with his son, Benjamin, later co-founding Centerville, Ohio. Descendants lived throughout Canada, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, California, Illinois, Michigan, and elsewhere.

They all settled in Winnebago and Fond du Lac Counties, Wisconsin. Descendants live in Wisconsin, Minnesota and elsewhere.
