Gli Autori propongono un testo semplice e sintetico, che, prendendo spunto dai «Principi di Vigilanza e controllo dell’Organo di Revisione degli Enti Locali», possa essere utile sia a chi si approccia a questi temi per la prima volta (e per questo ci sono alcuni capitoli più discorsivi), sia a chi è più esperto ma che vuole disporre di un vero e proprio manuale di consultazione. Il libro si articola su capitoli molto schematici, quasi delle schede, che contengono una sorta di elenco delle «cose da fare» nel corso dell’attività di revisione in un ente locale che essendo articolati su base tematica (le aziende partecipate, l’indebitamento, ecc.) permettono una lettura molto rapida, argomento per argomento. Questa nuova edizione, oltre a rappresentare un aggiornamento della precedente sulla base della recente produzione normativa, vuole anche essere di ausilio a chi deve attrezzarsi per superare le prove a cui ci si deve sottoporre per i crediti formativi richiesti dal Ministero dell’Interno.
