Sometimes (at the age of 55) I will set my alarm on my watch, to wake myself up at the appointed time. In my life I have perhaps witnessed this special time of day and night, 200 hundred times. What follows is a collection of real experiences from moments before sunrise. They are gentle but thought provoking reflections which have happened over the last 40 years. They have added quality to my life and will also do so for you.
