Book Recycling Your Soul Overcoming Limitations of an Abusive Childhood

Download or read book Recycling Your Soul Overcoming Limitations of an Abusive Childhood written by Albert Dedmon and published by Christian Faith Publishing, Inc.. This book was released on 2023-02-09 with total page 207 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Being raised by hostile negative adults creates enormous conflicts within our mind and soul. The resulting person is left with many unanswered questions that continue to haunt them during their lifetime. A life filled with turmoil will continue until they decide to become responsible for discovering who they really are. This book is dedicated to the brave souls who see that this decision is their true pathway to living a life once only dreamed of. As they begin the search for answers to the many nagging questions that occupy their thoughts, "Why me, dear God?" is the one that constantly returns to haunt the mind of an abused child for a lifetime. Seeking answers to these "why" questions has energized and motivated my search for truth my entire life. However, this is only the tip of the iceberg and just the beginning of your building a life you will be proud to look back upon and share with others. The fact you are searching for answers indicates you have finally reached a point in life where you are now ready for the wisdom and truth necessary to understand the many questions remaining. While all negative experiences in life have a good and bad side, not all books on this subject present the truth about how to make the changes in your life. This book will explain how to use the pain, terror, and humiliation you survived as the foundation upon which you can construct a new life filled with happiness and achievements. I know from personal experience those answers you seek are within you. The truth of who you are is buried beneath the garbage of the past and within your grasp. Many of us have survived the pain of child abuse by application of the time tested wisdoms contained here, so trust me when I say your search will uncover all the goodness and joy you seek by uncovering your true self. Remember, God didn't bring you this far to drop you on your head and forget you. All you need to keep in mind is to never give up. Work on developing your faith, never lose sight of the bright future ahead, and you will accomplish the job of destroying the past and making room for the real you. I know this will work because it's a firsthand account of a boy who survived severe child abuse and became a man who now lives a wonderful life.

Book excerpt: The impact of childhood trauma and abuse can forever alter the course of history. Throughout generations, countless children have been hurt by those that are meant to care for them. Yet, in society once those children turn to adults the impacts of child abuse are often discounted and spoken to with the frame of 'that was years ago" or "it's time to get over it." The reality is that we are at the core a collection of all of our experiences leading up to this very moment. If the childhood trauma survivor's foundation is built atop a volcano, then sooner or later it will be engulfed. Childhood trauma and abuse is the elephant in the room of societies mental health epidemic, and most people don't know how to understand the role that trauma has played in their life. When I sat down to craft the baseline of The Think Unbroken book, I did so intending to create something that would be a testimony to the undeniable will of the human mindset. For generations, the world has been plagued by the ramifications of the effects of Child Trauma, and like millions of childhood trauma survivors, I was stuck in The Vortex. My life in a word was a disaster. I was an addict of undeniable proportions, I was morbidly obese and suffocating under the weight of my past. Think Unbroken is not only a guide to helping other Trauma Survivors find their way out of The Vortex, but it is also the cornerstone to how I changed my life. I am, in essence, a product of my product, and I believe that Think Unbroken is the key to taking the first steps in overcoming the effects of childhood trauma. This book will expose you to possibility through mindset, palatable understandings of self, and a step by step guide to discovering out how to place the first piece of the puzzle on the table. What you will find in Think Unbroken is not just my story, but a reflection of the possibilities that can become a reality when you understand that Mindset is Everything. Childhood trauma took everything from me, but I took everything back, and so can you."THOUGH TRAUMA MAY BE OUR FOUNDATION IT IS NOT OUR FUTURE."

Book excerpt: What happens after we die? _x000D_ _x000D_ Author and award winning filmmaker Richard Martini explores startling new evidence for life after death, via the "life between lives," where we reportedly return to find our loved ones, soul mates and spiritual teachers. Based on the evidence of thousands of people who claim that under deep hypnosis, they saw and experienced the same basic things about the Afterlife, the book documents interviews with hypnotherapists around the world trained in the method pioneered by Dr. Michael Newton, as well as examining actual between life sessions. The author agrees to go on the same journey himself, with startling and candid results, learning we are fully conscious between our various incarnations, and return to connect with loved ones and spiritual soul mates, and together choose how and when and with whom we'll reincarnate. Martini examines how "Karmic law" is trumped by "Free will," with souls choosing difficult lives in order to learn from their spiritually; no matter how difficult, strange or complex a life choice appears to be, it was made in advance, consciously, with the help of loved ones, soul mates and wise elders. Extensively researched, breathtaking in scope, "Flipside" takes the reader into new territory, boldly going where no author has gone before to tie up the various disciplines of past life regression. near death experiences, and between life exploration. Book excerpt: Life is full of challenges, both big and small. Spirituality is here to offer solutions. Over the course of his career as physician, teacher, and bestselling author, Deepak Chopra has received thousands of questions from people facing every kind of challenge. They have asked how to lead more fulfilling lives, how to overcome relationship problems and personal obstacles. What’s the best way to deal with a passive-aggressive friend? Can a stagnant career be jump-started? In a world full of distractions and stress, how does one find time for meditation? Hidden among all of these questions are answers waiting to be uncovered. In this groundbreaking book, Chopra shows you how to expand your awareness, which is the key to the confusion and conflict we all face. “The secret is that the level of the problem is never the level of the solution,” he writes. By rising to the level of the solution in your own awareness, you can transform obstacles into opportunities. Chopra leads the reader to what he calls “the true self,” where peace, clarity, and wisdom serve as guides in times of crisis. For Chopra, spirituality is primarily about consciousness, not about religious dogma or relying on the conventional notion of God. “There is no greater power for success and personal growth than your own awareness.” With practical insight, Spiritual Solutions provides the tools and strategies to enable you to meet life’s challenges from within and to experience a sense of genuine fulfillment and purpose.

The tools taught during those workshops, plus many more developed through Dr. Fradkin’s clinical experiences, are presented so that each survivor has an opportunity to use coping skills as he faces the challenges of his recovery.
