Ils ont peur de perdre leur emploi, d'être pris pour des menteurs, de voir leur réputation ternie, d'être " grillés " dans la profession. Qu'est-ce qui bloque? Quels enseignements tirer des expériences passées et comment mieux faire? Quelles bonnes pratiques se dégagent de ces années d'expérience? Ces questions ont fait l'objet d'une journée de travail et de réflexion organisée par l'OCIRT en octobre 2005, à Genève. Cette brochure en retrace les grandes lignes.
