Otra sería la situación de la justicia laboral si se ejercieran las facultades judiciales dentro de los términos y principios que rigen el proceso, que ha nacido del clamor de los trabajadores, y por qué no, de los empleadores, que anhelan la protección del Estado en el ejercicio de la justicia del trabajo y la conservación del orden social y el económico
