Cuarto capítulo. Al final, con la adopción por primera vez de un abordaje amplio, se dan orientaciones para garantizar la sostenibilidad de la implementación en los años subsiguientes. El proyecto fue desarrollado con una metodología que incluye las revisiones teóricas y un trabajo de campo que analiza empresas que ya habían surtido los procesos, razón por la que el lector encontrará estas referencias plasmadas en las categorías de análisis utilizadas y desarrolladas en cada uno de los capítulos.
