If it shall prove to be true, it will at once revolutionize the treatment of phthisis, and if it do not ultimately bring about the disappearance of the disease from civilized nations, it will inevitably lead to the immediate reduction of a large amount Of tuberculosis amongst certain classes of their subjects.
