Book President Donald J Trump Master Builder

Download or read book President Donald J Trump Master Builder written by Brian W. Kelly and published by . This book was released on 2017-02-02 with total page pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The most beleaguered citizens in the United States are our seniors. For eight years, seniors served as former President Obama's personal punching bag as he stubbornly refused to give seniors a break. Obama even tried to substantially reduce senior benefits with his chained CPI proposal; then he took more than $700 Billion from Medicare to fund his signature legislation known as Obamacare. Wimpy Republicans without the courage of Donald Trump, permitted the former President to hurt seniors and chose never to fire back at him. They did nothing to help seniors. Mike Huckabee was the first Republican to complain when he publicly accused "illegals, prostitutes, pimps, (and) drug dealers" of freeloading off the Social Security system during the first GOP primary debate way back on August. 6, 2015. This freeloading must be paid back to seniors. During his campaign, candidate Trump promised to protect Social Security without cutting benefits. I wrote this book to help remind the new President that is a great notion. However, Seniors need more. They need to be paid back for the abuses to the system over the years that Huckabee and others have cited. These would include paying back Medicare from Obamacare and by increasing SS benefits over the next four years of the Trump term by at least 10% per year. The president knows that revenue will flow from eliminating waste, fraud, & abuse as well as by using American oil reserves for strategic emergency funding for senior benefits. President Trump will not sit idle and permit an unfair CPI put more and more seniors in the poorhouse. In this book, we tell you how things can and must be made lots better. You will be surprised as to how much sense it makes. President Trump will not let seniors down.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: President Donald J. Trump lays out his professional and personal worldview in this classic work—a firsthand account of the rise of America’s foremost deal-maker. “I like thinking big. I always have. To me it’s very simple: If you’re going to be thinking anyway, you might as well think big.”—Donald J. Trump Here is Trump in action—how he runs his organization and how he runs his life—as he meets the people he needs to meet, chats with family and friends, clashes with enemies, and challenges conventional thinking. But even a maverick plays by rules, and Trump has formulated time-tested guidelines for success. He isolates the common elements in his greatest accomplishments; he shatters myths; he names names, spells out the zeros, and fully reveals the deal-maker’s art. And throughout, Trump talks—really talks—about how he does it. Trump: The Art of the Deal is an unguarded look at the mind of a brilliant entrepreneur—the ultimate read for anyone interested in the man behind the spotlight. Praise for Trump: The Art of the Deal “Trump makes one believe for a moment in the American dream again.”—The New York Times “Donald Trump is a deal maker. He is a deal maker the way lions are carnivores and water is wet.”—Chicago Tribune “Fascinating . . . wholly absorbing . . . conveys Trump’s larger-than-life demeanor so vibrantly that the reader’s attention is instantly and fully claimed.”—Boston Herald “A chatty, generous, chutzpa-filled autobiography.”—New York Post

Book The Trumps

Download or read book The Trumps written by Gwenda Blair and published by Simon and Schuster. This book was released on 2015-10-06 with total page 608 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The definitive family biography of President Donald Trump. The revealing story of the Trumps mirrors America’s transformation from a land of striving immigrants to a world in which the aura of wealth alone can guarantee a fortune. The Trumps begins with a portrait of President Trump’s immigrant grandfather, who as a young man built hotels for miners in Alaska during the Klondike gold rush. His son, Fred, took advantage of the New Deal, using government subsidies and loopholes to construct hugely successful housing developments in the 1940s and 1950s. The profits from Fred’s enterprises paved the way for President Trump’s roller-coaster ride through the 1980s and 1990s into the new century. With his talent for extravagant exaggeration—he calls it “truthful hyperbole”—President Trump turned the deal-making know-how of his forebears into an art form. By placing this much-publicized life within the context of family, Gwenda Blair adds a new dimension to the larger-than-life figure who ascended to the American Presidency.

Book President Donald J Trump Master Builder

Download or read book President Donald J Trump Master Builder written by Brian W Kelly and published by . This book was released on 2017-01-21 with total page pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Donald Trump's signature issue is immigration reform because he loves America and Americans. As difficult as it is for good, hard-working Americans to believe, our government has been working to keep us poor. Ex-President Obama's de-facto amnesties and a do-nothing Congress made it tough for Americans to find work while competing against foreign interlopers. Officials lie and yet their efforts have produced a terrible truth-Americans are left behind. Meanwhile, uninvited guests, working for peanuts, have reduced wages and taken the few jobs that exist today. Then, these poor souls languish in misery and a lifetime of poverty. President Trump knows that an Annual Guest Plan will help Americans first but it is also designed to help illegal foreign nationals who will no longer be hurt by greedy corporations looking for slave-wage labor. The Annual Guest Plan takes interlopers out of the shadows and gives them the opportunity, if well behaved, to stay and work in America for a lifetime, one year at a time. No amnesty, no citizenship, no freebies, no line jumping; and no jobs before Americans are the demands Americans have made. These are satisfied in the Trump Annual Guest Plan. Those who sign up for the program must be vetted every year and must pay a fee each year or be deported. There's lots more! You're going to like this plan. Any questions?

Book Tower of Lies

Download or read book Tower of Lies written by Barbara A. Res and published by Graymalkin Media. This book was released on 2020-10-20 with total page 304 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Barbara A. Res worked directly with Donald Trump for eighteen years on some of his biggest projects and had nearly unlimited access to him. Trump selected Res to be in charge of construction of Trump Tower, his greatest success as a developer. In this insider’s look at how the ambitious real estate developer became the most divisive president in recent U.S. history, Res takes us into closed-door meetings, boardrooms, limo rides, and helicopter flights to really understand what makes him tick and show us why his claim to be a great dealmaker and savvy businessman is just a mirage. No one with this kind of access to Trump during his formative years as a developer has ever written so completely about who he is away from the cameras. It’s no wonder that when the media are looking for someone who really understands Trump, they turn to Res. Candid, personal, and deeply perceptive, Res shines new light on the man whose depravity has put us all—and democracy itself—in danger. Includes a 16-page photo insert featuring images from the author's personal collection.

Book Donald Trump

Download or read book Donald Trump written by Gwenda Blair and published by Simon and Schuster. This book was released on 2015-08-11 with total page 320 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: On the hugely successful hit reality TV show The Apprentice, Donald Trump tells his contenders that location and pricing are supremely significant. But in his own life, there have been other maxims: Do whatever it takes to win. Don't spare the chutzpah. Always use the superlative. Make everything into an advertisement for yourself. Whatever happens, always claim victory. Following these personal commandments, he has turned bragging, self-inflation, and showing off into competitive advantages that have brought him national and international renown. In Donald Trump: Master Apprentice, best-selling author Gwenda Blair recounts a true-life history with more twists and turns than any television producer could possibly imagine. Towering skyscrapers and glittering casinos, a luxury airline and a football-field-size yacht, steamy affairs and bitter lawsuits, near bankruptcy and stormy feuds -- all this and more are part of the life of Trump. An adaptation and update of her definitive biography, The Trumps, this new book provides fresh material on Donald Trump's brushes with bankruptcy, mammoth construction projects, and ever-expanding place in American life. Drawing on recent interviews with the celebrated real estate magnate, his associates, his rivals, and contestants from his television show, Blair offers new insight into the man who seems to have it all. For the first time, we also get a glimpse of the person who will ultimately decide the fate of the Trump brand: Donald Trump, Jr., the real-life apprentice who hopes to put his own imprint on his father's empire.

Book President Donald J Trump Master Builder

Download or read book President Donald J Trump Master Builder written by Brian W. Kelly and published by . This book was released on 2017-02-02 with total page pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Donald Trump is the only President we have ever had who is capable of solving the student debt crisis. I am counting on him to do just that. Mr. Trump has already netted out the student loan crisis from both a student and a parent perspective: "They go, and they work, and they take loans, and they're borrowed up, and they can't breathe, and they get through college and the worst thing is, they go through that whole process and they don't have any job." President Trump has it right on, and it is even worse than that. They lose hope. The President really cares about young Americans. He took the time recently to excoriate the Obama Administration and government in general for making it worse for students by making money on the student loan program: "You know the one program that the U.S. makes a whole lot of money with is student loans, and that's maybe the one program they shouldn't be making money with... "So, we're going to have to start a program," he said. "We're going to do something very big with loans because you have to get these people going. They really feel down and out." Donald J. Trump feels the pain and is going to solve the problem by refinancing, extending, better payment plans, getting universities to take some skin in the matter, and several other clever ways. He will address both the massive $1.3 Trillion student debt already on the books and he will work to assure that students have a chance of success and a job when they take out a college loan. It's about time. This book tells you how he plans to make the problem go away. Once this President meets a problem he chooses to solve, he gets the job done and he completes huge tasks in record time. He is one of a kind

Book Time to Get Tough

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A New York Times bestseller! For the first time in his own words, President-elect Donald J. Trump explains his plan to make America great again! He wants to “put America’s interests first—and that means doing what’s right for our economy, our national security, and our public safety.” Throughout the 2016 campaign, Trump conjured images of American strength and culture when small towns boomed with industry, mom and pop shops bustled, and people said, “Merry Christmas!” The media scoffed at Trump’s vision and the people who supported him; they were blinded by the Clinton machine. But their eyes were opened after Trump won 62 million votes and the Oval Office. Even Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan said, “Donald Trump heard a voice in this country that no one else heard.” As Trump says in Time to Get Tough, “I’ve built businesses across the globe. I’ve dealt with foreign leaders. I’ve created tens of thousands of American jobs. My whole life has been about executing deals and making real money—massive money. That’s what I do for a living: make big things happen…” Trump is about to make the biggest deals of his life, and he’s going to make them for America! From reversing lax immigration policies to eliminating regulations that restrict small businesses, Donald Trump understands that America “doesn’t need cowardice, it needs courage.” President Elect Trump is about to “Make America Great Again” and Time to Get Tough is his blueprint!
